Lanvin is another old, Parisian fashion house founded in the late 19th century by Marie Jeanne Lanvin.

Lanvin quickly became renowned and famous, which probably reached its peak between 1920 and 1925. At that time Lanvin produced mainly clothing and fashion accessories, but also perfumes, which nowadays belong to most luxurious goods.

Also known as “The scent of France,” the most famous Lanvin collection is undoubtedly Lanvin Arpege, a vanilla-sandalwood base. It is said that this product was probably first used by Marguerite Lanvin.
