Guaiac Wood, Honey, Cloves, Musk, Moroccan Rose
Sa Majesté La Rose is a rose fragrance for women by the French brand of niche perfumes Serge Lutens. The founder of the brand who has the same name is a recognized and versatile artist and many of his exclusive and unique perfumes have become widely popular, almost cult-like. Serge Lutens closely cooperates with the renowned perfume designer Christopher Sheldrake. Maurice Roucel and Gilles Romey also took part in creating the perfumes of this brand. Sa Majesté La Rose, a beautiful, intensive floral bouquet with rose in the center, was created by Christopher Sheldrake.
Serge Lutens’s ode to the Queen of flowers, Rose, Sa Majesté La Rose is a refined and delicate seductress. Her Highness, the Rose, is combined with fresh, green, opening notes, and spices and woody notes in the base. The Moroccan rose absolute, luxurious and honeyed, gaiac wood, cloves, white honey and musk form an indisputably beautiful aroma.
The perfect balance of Sa Majesté La Rose possesses the deceptive simplicity of a truly classic creation. The exquisite harmony of yin and yang with the Morroccan rose and smoky gaiac wood. The striking, regal aroma spiced by clove and softened by white honey. The warm, deep musk base compliments the sultry rose perfectly. The smooth, seamless transition from note to note, each of which showcases and enhances the beauty of Queen Rose without overshadowing it, is nothing short of miraculous.
Serge Lutens describes Sa Majesté La Rose in his usual and a bit mysterious poetic way: “The king is dead, long live the queen! Author Marcel Proust based his Madame de Guermantes on three society women of his day. Like Proust, I went in search of the lost land of childhood. On a quest for my rose, I charmed three royals, one Turkish, one Bulgarian and one Moroccan, for the perfect ending to my regal journey.”
Serge Lutens Sa Majesté La Rose is suitable for both day and night wear all year round. It always makes its wearer absolutely exceptional and envelops her in a regal and majestic aura of a flawless bouquet of roses. Of course this peculiar eau de parfum will be forever loved mainly by women who like the rose scent, especially in perfectly balanced, truly masterful compositions with woody, honeyed and musk aspects. It will be also loved by every woman who can appreciate real quality, workmanship and resourcefulness in a perfume.
Apart from its scent of ethereal beauty and its extraordinary longevity, Sa Majesté La Rose also draws your attention with its packaging. Its gentle white bottle of attractively straightforward design is complemented with a white box. Try this scent by the brand that carries the name of a renowned and appreciated artist and extend the range of your cosmetics products by one of the most successful interpretations of rose ever. Sa Majesté La Rose is also perfect as a gift for a woman from your surroundings who you want to treat to something original, unmistakable and of high quality.
